Cancellation & Modification
Cancellations
- Before Shipment: Email support@fashionq.us with your order number to cancel. Requests received before 5:00 PM (EST) Monday–Friday will be processed the same day if the order hasn’t shipped.
- After Shipment: Once your order ships, cancellation isn’t possible. Return the item per our Return and Refund Policy for a refund.
- Notification: We’ll confirm cancellation via email within 1 business day.
Modifications
- Before Shipment: Contact support@fashionq.us with your order number to request changes (e.g., size, color, or item). Requests must be made before 3:00 PM (EST) Monday–Friday and are subject to availability.
- After Shipment: Modifications aren’t possible once shipped. Return the item and place a new order if needed.
- Response: We’ll reply within 1-2 business days to confirm if modifications can be made.
